Hey there Atlanta folks...I'm coming up from Augusta for the Chick-Fil-A Bowl and just-so-happen-to-be New Years Eve, so I'm trying to book a hotel.

Most of the airport hotels have shuttles to the airport and you can hop MARTA pretty easily from there. However, it may be even more convenient to stay downtown. I am not sure if you will be able to get a room for $70 a night, but you might if you use Priceline. I have gotten some pretty sweet deals on Priceline, even on holidays/etc.

Perimeter Center hotel in Atlanta, Ga: Courtyard Atlanta Perimeter Center hotel - A Perimeter Mall Hotel
Shuttle to the Marta which is 3 minutes away. Wonderful area by Perimeter Mall and all its local restuarants. Marta station is fantastic and you can walk to the mall from the station as well. Rates are good.
This is the only renovated Courtyard before the recession hit.
