We are planning on moving internationally next year. We have a house in Grant Park and an apartment in Midtown that we need to rent out. We have rented out the apartment for the last 6 yrs and has not been a day without a tenant. (Easy to rent) We are very concerned about the house though. We need an awesome property manager and I was hoping someone would be able to recommend someone.
I wish we were able to sell, but since we only bought in 06 we will lose way too much money. We would lose less if we foreclose (sadly enough!) - besides messing up our credit of course.
I would really appreciate any advice or recommendations. (And not moving is not an option!)
