Property Management Companies (Marietta, Smyrna: rental, home, tornado)

I'm focusing my search for a home rental in the Smyrna/Marietta areas. I can't seem to find a good property management company. Any recommendations?

Also, should I be looking for a home with a basement? How often do tornado warnings happen?

You can do a search for property management companies in the room, as that topic has been discussed here before (more than once).

Regarding basements, we do have two "tornado seasons" here. Spring of course, and sometimes in mid to late Autumn there's a few that might pop up. Do you "need" a basement in order to protect yourself? Well, most of the time we have less powerful F0 to F1 tornadoes here, but it's not unheard of for an F2 (such as the one that went through downtown a couple of years ago), or even a rare F3 or so pass through, too. Casualties from tornado hits are rare here, but have happened.

Aside from providing shelter though, basements typically do increase the value of a home if you ever decide to sell it (if the housing market ever bounces back). Especially if it can be finished into things like a rec/media room, guest room/bath, etc. So they do add value.

There have been 27 tornados in Cobb County since 04 DEC 1953
