Take this guy. It's 1989 and he's working as a welder.

Here he is fifteen years later -- Chief of Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins.

Hopkins Medicine Magazine - The Alfredo Story

Glad we didn't round him up and kick him out. Someday he may save your life, or that of your child or someone else dear to you.

Why dont put up some info on the number of AMERICAN CITIZENS that have been killed each year by illegals to go along with your feel good story?? Point being for every feel good story about an illegal making good I can bring up a horrible story of someones family member killed by one. Nice try though.

CBO, SS and the PEW estimates 11.9 million in 2008. I'm sure your sources (that you refuse to show) are more accurate OR they doubled since then. It really is an epidemic!!

So let me understand your point. Do you seriously NOT consider 11.9 MILLION ILLEGAL ALIENS to be a problem or as you put it an epidemic(your sarcasm was noted)??

Not when they are a net benefit to our economy. Explain why they are an epidemic please, the free spot on the bingo board "They are Illegal" was free for a reason. Quit using that lame ass excuse. What is the huge problem?

10-12 million. In line with the Pew Hispanic Center and DHS estimates.

Yes, nobody knows exactly how many illegal immigrants are here. Nobody knows how many legal residents are here, either.

It's good, though, that you've backpedaled from adamantly saying there are 25 million illegals here to saying it's just a number straight out of your ***. Better to do that than to give the the website you found that number on--the things you say on the interwebs follow you around forever, after all.

I'm still confused as to how you can value small government and freedom but support the government carding you because of your genetics or what race you look like. It makes no sense.

Yup. The supposed distrust of government and rhetoric about limiting its power juxtaposed with the desire to expand its power when it comes to one particular issue that JUST SO HAPPENS to involve banishing a minority group is PRETTY FISHY INDEED.

So glad you brought that up.

Cool!

The cost of harboring illegal immigrants in the United States is a staggering $113 billion a year -- an average of $1,117 for every “native-headed” household in America -- according to a study conducted by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR).
Hmm...maybe we can try to redo this with some statistics that aren't created by a listed hate group?
