I'm glad the toll is still there. We need every penny of transportation funding we can get, road and otherwise. The fact that the project came in under budget is better yet--now the money can get spent on other stuff. GA 400 alone has no shortage of problems.

And, before people say it, the roads are NOT already paid for by your gas taxes. Gas taxes are a declining chunk of the pie that makes up road funding, and are increasingly covered by general funds.
