Hello all... I recently moved to ATL for work and I need to find housing asap. I am staying with friend temporarily, but I need to get my own place soon, July 20 2011 - ish.
I have perfect rental history for the past 3 years, at least... same job since then, easily earn 3k/month, ready to verify ... my prob is bad credit and 2 previous landlord situations (5+years ago).
Trying to be practical for my situation... i really do not want a roommate, sort of leery with sublets ??? single, no kids, prefer the quiet, but i do like the city life as well. at this point, not too picky...
seeking 1-2 bd apt or townhouse, south atl near morrow, union city, jonesboro... this is where i work... will consider all areas nearby. up to 695/mo (less is better, i have a little credit mess that needs to be corrected
willing to do one month deposit if needed...
all i really need is affordable, SAFE, CLEAN, and no bugs. I dont mind "urban", but NOT the hood, thx. appearance isnt so important, but id hate to pay 700/mo and be embarrassed to have family over...
I am a professional, with college degree... I just made a few too many financial mistakes in the past when i was a bit younger... if someone has suggestions or referrals, id be so very appreciate of the new chance! I promise you (or the referral) will not be sorry.
