I was able to spend two days in Marietta. The only thing I was able to accomplish was finding a school for my son. We decided on Sprayberry. So now I need help with a place to rent. Where are the nice neighborhoods around Sptayberry High, as I don't know where to start.
Thanks for all the responses in advance.

Sprayberry is a good high school. You made a smart choice.

What is your price range?

What type of home/neighborhood are you looking for?

Are you looking for anything in particular for the neighborhood?

Well considering your criteria, here's what I recommend--

1. The entire Sprayberry district has nice neighborhoods--and all of the feeder elementary and middle schools are good/decent/great.

2. With #1 in mind, focus on finding a ranch-style, split-level, or contemporary-style home to rent. There are many in the Sprayberry district--it is just a matter of finding a home and price point you like. Just be sure the listing says "Sprayberry High School" for the school zone. Home/neighborhoods in the Sprayberry district will have a Marietta or Kennesaw address. The zip codes that fall within the Sprayberry district are 30062, 30066, and 30144.

3. With all that's been mentioned above, here are some great, kid-friendly, and reasonably-priced Sprayberry neighborhoods (there are a ton--this is just a sample):

*Oak Creek
*Piedmont Bend
*Holly Springs
*Concord Point
*Heritage Farms
*Canterbury
*Lansdowne
*Mountain View
*Woodstream/Blackjack Hills
*Saint Charles Square
*etc, etc.

I hope this helps. Good Luck!
