Just a few weeks ago my family and I moved from the Norcross cluster to the Duluth cluster, unknowingly. The management at the new apartments told us that we'd still be in the same cluster but when we moved we asked again and they said we were now in the Duluth cluster. :l
We believed that I would still be going to the same school because the new apartment is just 10 minutes away from my school just like our old apartment. (It seems like we are right on the border of the Duluth cluster now.)
Anyways, is there some way to still attend my school in the Norcross cluster? I drive and everything so transportation is not a problem, I just want to be able to legally be able to attend my Norcross school.

If you drive, you must already be a junior. So just don't tell your school that you moved. If they find out, just play dumb and say you didn't know the new place is in a different school district.

If they are still insistent, you can always appeal to the board. I don't know for sure, but if you just move within the local school area just to the neighboring school and you're already half way through your junior year, I don't see why they wouldn't let you just finish out at your school so you can graduate will all your friends.

It's not like you're even in a different district. You're still paying taxes into Gwinnett county (at least indirectly through your rent). If they make you switch schools, they are just being complete d!cks.

Yea be careful trusting whoever happens to be behind the counter an apt. complex at that moment. They don't always know the details and tell you what they -think- they know.

Always look this up online on their website

Going on what was already mentioned... if you are already most hte way through high school and have been there for awhile.... since you are still in Gwinnett Co. you might be able to talk to the school directly and see if you can get the OK to go ahead and finish up school in the school you have been in for awhile.

I don't really know what their policy is anymore to be honest.
