I haven't heard a motive, but I second Mossberg...this was a true Christmas nightmare....I was stuck in the northbound lanes for well over an hour while they completed their investigation. I checked Google Maps and the map showed green which is why I decided to take the road even after I heard about the wreck...won't make that mistake again

I have noticed on my afternoon commute that google maps traffic tends to be behind reality by at least 30 minutes. I don't rely on it anymore unless I am already in the car and have nothing else handy. Before I leave the office I check the georgia navigator site as it seems to be only a few minutes behind.
