What it doesn't say is if it'a actually open to the general public yet.

Though that's what opening would indicate to me, the ceremony was an invitation only event.

So is Buckhead Atlanta open right now for all of us to go explore?

I just went by it. It's super upscale looking. Pictures online do no justice. I felt like my bank account added about four 0 's to it once I stepped foot on it. y

Read the buckhead view article. Only 5 stores are open. About 8 more will open in 2 weeks.

I understand.

I'm just saying I'm not impressed by the space itself.

Considering how long it took to get done and how much it cost, I just expected something much grander. Call me crazy, but I just really don't see how this is any more upscale than Avalon, at least not from construction bones perspective. I'm sure the stores themselves will be nicer, but the actual development just seems kind of small and meh.

Hate to be a Debbie Downer, I was just expecting more. A lot more.

You aren't a Debbie downer because everyone has a right to their opinion but I'm sure 99% of the people that wall through this development will think otherwise. Comparing this to Avalon is laughable.

Btw only half of this development has been built. Two more phases haven't even been started on yet. I agree it's small but only one phase has been built. I'm just happy those 2 holes in the ground are gone. Once phases 2&3 are complete and RH furniture store is complete that entire area will have new energy
