I know the state is going through a hard time right now, but I still find it hard to believe that Georgia is last on the list for financial security.

It's not hard for me to believe at all. People in atl are obsessed with brands. Also, with good employment so hard to find most of the population has to rack up credit card debt in between jobs.

The study was actually about the laws that each state has in place to combat corruption, not about the amount of corruption actually present in each state.

In other words, Georgia may or may not be corrupt, but the laws in this state are weaker than most states when it comes to preventing such corruption.

Some of us are trying to change that, but there are people who continue to vote for the same people because they're actually happy, or they vote strictly along party lines, or for some other reason.

People have patterns, and some of those are almost impossible to change even if they don't seem like the best choice to us.

Yeah, but mostly because it's all the Democrats' faults! We just haven't gotten rid of ENOUGH of them yet. Maybe once every single elected and appointed representative in the state is a Republican, THEN working-class interests will start being looked out for!
