Well, I'm sure the parking lot will be revamped in due course. It's a great site for TOD.

Braselton and Kennesaw are both getting a Culver's.

Quote:
Earlier today, ToNeTo Atlanta revealed that Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin-based Culver's is planning a new restaurant in Kennesaw. Now comes word they are coming to Braselton, in Gwinnett, too! The new burger restaurant will be located just off State Route 211 (Old Winder Highway) in an out-parcel of the new High Point Medical mixed-use development.

Duluth development wins award for excellence from ULI.

Quote:
The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Atlanta presented Parsons Alley with its 2017 Development of Excellence Award at ULI Atlanta’s annual awards dinner this week.

Parsons Alley, a 30,000-square-foot Duluth development of local shops and restaurants, anchors the existing Duluth Village Green community plaza. Parsons Alley broke ground about a year and a half ago, core and shell construction was completed about a month ago, and four tenants are open for business.

Very cool arjay, thanks for posting this!

Downtown Duluth is already surprisingly nice, this will obviously take it to the next level.

Now we just need Commuter Rail to the various Gwinnett towns on the NS Mainline.
