the job is on athens highway east of snelvelle.

Friend of mine lives in Grayson,in an older subdivision. She lives off of Ozora Rd, she told me the older subdivisions seem to have more permanent residents,People that have lived there quite a while. The newer subdivisions are more diverse. She did say she is happy with the schools, her oldest is 8. I hope this helps!

There are several areas in Grayson and Loganville that may be of interest. Grayson is getting a bit more pricey, but Loganville (next to Grayson) may be a good option.

Just curious Kathleen, how much would rentals go for a house similar to yours in that area? How much are asking to rent yours for? You can DM me if you want with the information.

Grayson is a very nice area. I'm actually leaving where I am now (Dacula) to move back into Grayson.

Grayson has a wide range of homes and communities and is considered a bedroom community. In the past 6 years, it has significantly up-graded in surrounding amenities. I live in Grayson and market to it as well. There are some very established subdivisions and those recently built since 2005. The 180K price point depends upon what you are looking for in a house. Home prices dropped significantly in this area (as elsewhere) and is now turning up. If you are going to move, you are hopefully at the bottom of our crisis.
