What Midtown do you live in? The one I live in is growing leaps and bounds, I have 3 cranes within 2 blocks of me. Just got off Peachtree where the sidewalks were filled with people. Its happening

I feel like it's not fast enough, but that's my opinion. The midtown proper would fill up so much faster if we had more midrise developments(6-10 stories) with the occasional highrise.

I thought you were playing the devil's advocate, ant. I'm just speaking up for the voice of reason and the protection of our neighborhoods. Trust me, if you kill the neighborhoods you have killed Atlanta.

I think in order to play devil's advocate, one would need to actually say something on purpose. I think "elbow room" is just some sort of tic. He seems to include it randomly in a lot of posts (sometimes even with other content).
