So I was thinking about condos in Atlanta, more specifically Midtown, recently to just be in the middle of everything in the city. One of my condo choices I have settled on is 1010 Midtown. Does anyone have any feedback on the complex? Noisy? Complaints? Compliments?

You have to expect some noise living in Midtown but in general I think the main noise you will probably hear is from 75/85 if that. You are in a bar/club district but overall I think it is a nice location. Marta is one block away, Piedmont Park, etc. The views are incredible!

Well yea, I guess I will have to expect some outside noise, but I was wondering if soundproofing between units would be a concern, such as noise from neighbors.

It's next door to the Federal Reserve on Peachtree Street. Great location, great restaurants on the ground floor of the building.
