Does anybody know if the first streetcar tracks were already put down on the 15th, or if that didn't happen? I have seen conflicting reports. I think in the Saporta Report they stated that the first tracks were "unceremoniously" installed on February 15, but in Creative Loafing today, it says the first ones go down next month. Does anybody have any clarification on this? Did I misread something?

The tracks may still be there, a lot of old trolley tracks were just paved over and never pulled out.

With so much rain lately, I doubt they remain on schedule for laying the tracks.

They won't start until next month. Disputes between the city and the contractor have caused delays.
