I'm actually pretty excited to see the plans for the Clermont. The hotel market in that neighborhood seems pretty underserved.

This would be a good time to garner up all your maturity and have some humility.

If everyone could simply just ignore a bunch of arguments, because people were "hung up on the semantics" I don't think the civil rights movement would everything that it turned into.

Although that begs the question: If they are good enough for the rest of the city, why are they not good enough for PCM?

Because they have to manage their costs to deliver goods that cheap. Look at their locations around Atlanta.
