Honestly, with some landscaping, Bankhead wouldn't look so bad.

I stay near Vet Memorial and i have a cousin that stays on Hollywood rd so I travel through their from time to time. An from what I've seen lately theirs really nothing happening on Bankhead, absolutely nothing to do, nothing their but some crackheads, its a ghost town, guess that's better than a lot of crime.

I just moved from Vine City after owning 2 houses over there fir 9 years.
It definitely has potential and is better but Hollywood Rd and that area looks so creepy.
It's hilly, wooded and at night very dark with over grown vegetation it's just looks unkempt although the layout in some of the area is very well laid out with wide streets and park like medians.

I mean as of right now, it's pretty ripe for the taking for anyone that chooses to build close to downtown. With the Falcons new stadium coming I wouldn't be surprised to see both Simpson Rd and Bankhead changing pretty soon.
