The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) will soon see.
The transit agency has contracted with a Houston-based security firm to analyze its surveillance video using an artificial-intelligence-based software that “learns” to distinguish normal behavior from that which seems suspicious. Much like a human watching a camera for weeks would do, it begins to understand patterns over time and picks out anything that seems anomalous..."

and so it begins....a relatively safe transit system, with police on the platform of every station and on almost ever car, will now tell us in order to protect the safety of all individuals, we must record their daily interactions. I'd rather be a victim of a crime than have my life in the *clouds*, pun intended.
