The Woodruff Foundation has been very, very good to institutions and governments all over Atlanta. $200 million to Grady, countless major gifts to the city of Atlanta, gazillions for Emory and other colleges, you name it.

A rather simplistic viewpoint on your part. The Art Center's name was voted on by the board as a tribute to the late Mr. Woodruff, whose enormous contributions to the arts community in Atlanta far exceeded those of a monetary nature.
