So did Creflo start from scratch, hmmmm I think so. PS you must don't know where the above lives and how much they are personally worth.

I was replying to a comment about Charles Stanley and his son Andy. Wasn't a comment for or against Creflo. If you read my replies on this thread, I would align with one who is more supportive than not. I don't think I would ever become a member at his church or give any money to his ministry, but I certainly am not piling on him like some here are doing. I enjoy him on TV from time to time.

What anyone's personal worth is is really none of my concern. Nor should it be yours or anyone else here really. Don't you think?

The NFL pays taxes through its teams.

Business get sued for false advertisement and churches get a tax break. They might fit a legal description of a non-profit but there is plenty of money to be made in the spirituality business. The same goes for many other non-profits.

I know it's "only" property tax. But I wonder how much money some of these church properties are worth. How much land does Goodwill own?

Looks like he has not given up yet.

Though Pastor Dollar (nice choice for a name!) is being very outlandish, I have to concede that two incidents involving a 30 year old jet is a reasonable justification to look for a replacement.

Assuming that the church actually has a legitimate need for a replacement jet, why not buy a used Gulfstream V for 20% of the price of a brand new 650? $13 million is a lot of cash, but that amount is a lot easier to raise than $65 million. Given the church's cash flow, I am sure they could either pay cash, or get a loan for that amount.

Others have suggested that the Church enter into a fractional ownership program. Why is this not an option in this case?
