Yeah I can see that area being the overflow area once the rooftop opens and a place to chill at instead of being inside when its packed It will also be a place for runners on the Beltline to take a break for a minute. Also it will be a good area to stand during the Latern Parade. They should set up a couple of small drink/food stands out there

There's definitely some retail spaces coming in. The image I posted on the last page shows what looks to be 2-4 storefronts.

PCM is really about to shine with the Shed and Roof opening.

The Shed, towards the South end at the North Ave Bridge. Looks like 2-4 storefronts at the beltline level, another storefront on North Ave at the bottom of the stairs. They all seem to be integrated into the Garage structure. Would love to see an ice cream place, a spot to grab a beer, a place to grab snacky food, etc., would make for a great public space.

This thread about PCM makes me think I might go there right now.

Seeing as how I have a car just sitting in the driveway I can zip right over.

MailChimp is a company that Atlanta can really be proud of. They have a phenomenal reputation in the technology industry, and are considered to be at the very top of their market. Not just a great Atlanta tech company, but a great tech company, period.

I had a chance to tour their offices at PCM and it almost made me want to apply for a job.

If you want to pay the extra cost to drive & park there then I am glad you have that option. I will save the money and avoid the traffic in that area and walk, bike, transit, or Uber there. Not to mention I usually have a couple drinks while I am there.
