Druid Hills

The neighborhoods off Peachtree Road just north of Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square Mall

Central Buckhead

The West side of Moreland Ave to the Ormewood Park and Beulah Heights areas

I'm looking for rent to own or other flexible ways to purchase a home in the areas listed above. Can you guys tell me who to talk to? This is EXTREMELY important to me so if you have the facts, please post!

Have you talked to any realtors? They usually have source of info.

Without a budget number, your income info, or type of real estate (size, age, etc.), it is hard for people to judge or provide any suggestions.

Besides, on top of my head, I would think of the following obstacles:

1. Since the market is sooo good that people can sell the house within 2 months, why would any body wants to do a lease-to-own deal that could potentially come back and haunt him?

2. The financing environment is very constructive right now. If you cannot qualify for HUD loan or a traditional loan, that may be a red flag for the seller.

3. The owner need to have clear title of the house.
