Are there other airports you could fly out of to get you there earlier--Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers?

I was going to fly out of Ft Lauderdale. That was the airport that had the earliest time. I hadn't checked Ft Myers though. I got in contact with the hiring office and we are trying to work out an interview from here in West Palm Beach. I do thank everyone for their help and suggestions. I didn't want to make a costly mistake.

Tell them to fly the group down to Florida to interview there.
Tell them you are more than worth their time. The man for the job.

HAHA, if only.

I actually got it worked out already. I was planning a small end of week vacation to central Florida and decided to make it the whole week and will visit Atlanta first to square away the interview (and hopefully get some other interviews in as well). So, I will just be driving up a few days before the interview. I decided on this to be able to house hunt a little as well. Thanks again to everyone who gave suggestions and help.

Hope you get it and find an area you like!

OP, you're not going to make it in time if you drive. I strongly suggest you get someone else to do the driving be it Uber or Yellow Taxi Cab Confessions

If you can't catch a red eye then it is what it is, but I think you can explain your itinerary kerfuffle to the company. I once had a guy tell me he missed his plane to Atlanta because he hit a deer in the road. I knew he overslept and was lying, but at least he came up with some excuse.

Considering that you're planning to relocate from another state, it couldn't hurt to find out if the company you are planning to work for has some flexibility. Unless you can walk to the office, there are going to be quite a few days when you end up late because of circumstances beyond your control.
