That's the second Wendy's to go on Peachtree. The other one was near Peachtree United Methodist Church in buckhead. A bank is there now.

This isn't the city maturing. This isn't replacing a car oriented business with an urban oriented version.

All this is, is a real estate transaction. If the Wendy's was torn down to make way for a midrise with something comparable at street level, that would be maturing.

Maybe that will happen.

Chick-fil-a will at least be returning to its location in the new building and in a more urban format, not clear if the drive-thru will be gone. If so, Buckhead Bettys will have to learn to walk into the store and order face to face if they want some Chick-fil-a

I imagine that they will have their home manager do this task for them.
