What are you getting for upload speed? It's at least 1Mb right?
As long as I get near 45Mb, I'll be highly thinking of getting UVerse. Speed is one thing Comcast is good at.

I was having the same problem with the Comcast data cap since i stream a lot of ultra hd content. I called up Comcast and they added unlimited data to my extreme 105 internet for an extra $35 per month. I live in city of atlanta btw. I had to speak to the "Data usage department". Hope this helps.

Did some ISP research. If anyone has Charter available in their area, I'd definitely go with them. 60down/4up with no data limit for $40 intro and $60 thereafter. They buy out your contract also.

They gave me a number through chat for their data usage dept as well. I don't know why it can't be done through chat.

Looks like they copy and paste a paragraph on whenever someone ask about the data cap enforce. I guess they are required to say there is the 250gb cap and only 2% of their users go over it...blah blah.
