Alright Richard. Congratulations on your retirement. Houston has among the lowest prices in the country. Delta cities like Cincinnati and Atlanta have some of the highest. Richard fought a 2nd airport tooth and nail because he wants to keep his monopoly position here.

The only airline with ruder employees than Delta was Northwest. And Delta bought them and brought Richard Anderson along.

Maybe some of you don't see it, because Delta is a lot worse outside Atlanta than here. I think Atlanta's natural friendliness offsets the Delta culture.

I've never encountered a rude Delta person, and I've flown all over the globe with Delta. They've all been very nice and helpful in my experience. And, while I've never worked with him at Delta, Richard Anderson is a nice man.

Yeah, Delta is going to be near the top of any list you put together of top US carriers. They are my choice for sure. I will glady even pay extra for them over carriers like Spirit, American, or United.

Exactly unfortunately some want Delta to stay in the 1990's when it flew wide bodies and depending mainly on the Florida tourist revenue for profitable. Delta is not the little national airline that only depends on Atlanta, but a Global powerful house that have key strategic partnership globally. I'm one of the biggest Atlanta homers, but Delta focus is much broader than 25 years ago.

Neither have I, ever.

To suggest that Delta's employees are rude outside of Atlanta is even more ridiculous than claiming United is superior, in any way at all. United has been at war with their employees for years, and it shows. I have never encountered such bitter Airline employees in my life, especially in Newark.
