Mixed Income, not race. Not sure what the 40% stat you posted about (with no link to back up ONCE AGAIN) has to do with income. Homogeneous in most of that area being upper middle class.
These are observations I made while serving you and the rest of the spoiled citizens of Cobb County, who demand low taxes, but then expect the everything. I was in those areas, had to deal with nosy residents asking why we are putting traffic count tubes in.

Hmm. I don't think that her post needed research to back it up. I think that one is pretty obvious - most Americans don't have transit access. Maybe not... And, I suppose, too, is how we define "access." I would say "reasonable access." I live out here in South Forsyth, and while I could manage to get to the Doraville train station, I certainly don't consider that I have "reasonable" access to it.

So what did I run away from? You started out with a premise about me, so what was it?

Homes in my neighborhood range from mid-$100s and $700K. I think that's a pretty broad spread.

And economic homogeneity is associated with race. But I'm pretty confident you will say there's no linkage.

If you want to cite sources, do your own research. I already wrote my master's thesis years ago.

If by neighborhood, you include all of Kennesaw's zip code, then I could believe you. But no one is going to buy a $700K house in a development with $100K homes.
Bye Felicia.

Oh really. You will need to inform the 1800 households out here then. I guess you're not as acquainted with all of Cobb County as you posture to be.

I am not sure, they all look the same. You would have to tell me your HOA.

You refuse to answer the questions that pertain to the foot you inserted in your mouth.
You are such an irritating, unlikable character.
You are not worth my energy.
And I am heretofore putting you on ignore!

As I said before, BYE FELICIA.
Well, now that she is gone we can return to the OP.
Dallas Hwy has become a magnet for this type of development, but I am not sure why.
