Yes, because waiting 30 more minutes to get drunk really sucks!

While few people actually want to deal with restrictions on legal behavior, the unfortunate fact of the matter is that alcohol consumption does not just affect those folks who decide to partake.

If drinkers and/or drunks as an entire group kept to themselves while partaking then there would be little reason and almost no logical defense of vice laws or morality laws.

That isn't the case, so its easy to end up with a situation where the laws on the books are arbitrary and make folks on all sides of the issue dissatisfied.

Used to buy mine at the local Safeway. They kept the hard liquor under lock and key.

Correct. We just got Sunday sales very recently. The state decided to leave it up to the local municipalities. So sorry if you can't get your liquor at 9 am on a Sunday.

Maybe because i'm from a State that has no restrictions that it seems so stupid - in California I could buy liquor in any grocery store, corner store, Walmarts, Walgreen's... almost anywhere
Yeah..... But could you buy your guns at Walmart?
