I have been wondering about Clayton County. Housing is super cheap there, and it's very close to Atlanta with less traffic than if you're coming from North or East of town. Seems to me like it should be viewed in a more positive light than it currently is.

Fayette County, hands down, if you have the money. I think Coweta is overlooked as a pretty good destination for Millennial types that don't care about being anywhere urban. If I didn't, that is probably where I would end up raising a family.

Isn't Cowetta 2nd to Forsyth for fastest growing county in the state?
