I am currently residing in Gables Rock Springs- Phase 1 or Gables MorningSide . Due to extremely thin floors, we have been having issues with our neighbor who want to be able to play music/musical instruments loudly. Unfortunately, we cannot bear music at such loud volumes for long periods.

So we are at an impasse, where we have decided to transfer(since moving out is super expensive and requires 60 day notice period which is too long a period to live with the noise). Can anybody residing in Gables rock springs phase -3 comment upon the noise situation there? We are ok with the general apartment noises of walking around, watching tv and such. However, we want to make sure that the the insulation in the roof/floor/walls is not very bad.
