Some wing joints sell wings that are very oversized. Those scare me So who sells the best wings that are of normal sized?

I am going to keep up with this thread. I am quite particular about my wings. And because so few places do them the way I like, I stick to boneless wings.

I want wings with a decent amount of meat (not these skinny things that pass for wings these days), a good layer of breading, and just enough sauce to soak some flavor into that breading. What I usually find is skinny, naked wings drowning in sauce. Some that I had the other day from Publix, of all places, were excellent.

I prefer oversized to baby wings.

Wing ranch in Brookhaven is pretty good.

Another on Roswell Road that just moved recently. I can't recall the name though.

Jojos are the best ones I've found so far, and they are consistent (opposed to some other places who are hit and miss)

Okay, do you have anything to add other than your own thread?

This would be great for the stress and venting thread.
