2.5 billion is alot of initial capital investment. That should benefit some people greatly.

The company and share holders. It's in the headline because it sounds impressive, but it doesn't translate into a lot locally.

They probably shouldn't be allowed to build one of those energy hogs in an area serviced by one of the dirtiest electric utilities in the nation.

Yeah...the server manufacturers and air system suppliers. Those are surely the biggest costs, and almost certainly not local.
