The title really says it all, what are some of the safest majority or plurality african-american ITP neighborhoods?

Also, what are some of the neighborhoods that are most quickly improving without the 'gentrification' meaning its becoming a more and more white neighborhood?

I would suggest looking into Camp Creek, which is an tiny, but solidly black middle class enclave along the west side of I-285.

Agreed: Cascade Heights, Audubon Park, Beecher Hills, West Manor, all fantastic communities, solidly middle class to well to do, all in Southwest Atlanta's Cascade Road corridor.
