Midtown is a really nice, diverse, safe transit connected neighborhood. The bottom end of 1 bedroom apartments starts at around $1300.

Downtown is also a great, slightly more affordable option for all those things.

Not all of us require gold toilets.

I am currently renting a Midtown studio in "Solace on Peachtree" for $925/m while construction finishes on my place downtown.

Dude, looking at the prices on that site lol. The STUDIO, 424 sq feet is going for over $1,000 bucks. The one bedroom, 622 sq ft they want $1325 bucks for currently. I'm not gonna say it's silly to pay that for that little bitty space but um, it's silly to pay that for that little bitty space. Plus they have a kid. This is like those people that rent a closet in Manhattan for like $1500 a month but whatever works I guess.

Yep. I am in a 424 Sq Ft unit. Got everything I need. Life is fantastic.

Also, the 622 Sq Ft 1 bedroom unit is only $1325 if you are paying month to month. It is $1,045 if you are doing 12 month (Also, mine ended up being about a hundred dollars cheaper than the posted price). Either way, well under their budget. Their are other similarly priced options in Midtown and Downtown.

Regardless, if you would like to contribute to this thread, suggest some options that fit their criteria. Otherwise, stop putting down others that don't feel they need massive homes and move along.
