GWCCA is a police department of Georgia with full arrest powers, they aren't a "private" police force as I've seen some people say in some places. Under Georgia trespass law, normally "notice" has to be given to leave before a person can be arrested, but what "notice" is, isn't concretely defined anywhere and could be construed to be the barricades a person would have to ignore in order to enter. I am not a lawyer, this isn't legal advice, usual disclaimers, etc.
