No, this is a private real estate development company Jakes owns. Fron looking at the types of development it's looking to do on its website, it will consist of affordable or senior housing, hospitality, or mixed-use commercial development.

All of these years and I thought, it was an outpost like World Changers in Norcross. I always thought, the vans were church ones.

Yeah that specific name (The Potter's House) isn't uncommon within those circles.
