Any Comentary On Lawrenceville Area Subdivisions Would Be Appreciated. Bowen Builders Subdivisions Seem To Meet My Criteria But Open To Suggestions. Thanks

Default love Lawrenceville

I am not sure about the Bowen homes, if I am correct they are on the lower end of affordability right? In any case you will love the city and a great place to raise kids- lots of good schools and shopping- if you like going to the city, you will not be happy- will take you a cool hour and 15 to get to work.

Bowen family homes is a big STAY AWAY.They use many illegal labors ,they have recently gotten rid of the american framers to use only migrante workers.As the crew leader of the framer s was quoted as saying"we didnt seek out work from Bowen they came to me and told me if you can do the work for 2$ per foot less that what is standered we will give you all the work"

Many bowen areas have many homes bought by bowen investors at preconstruction prices in order to drive up the prices .They promise a low level of renters but there"investors" sell to property managment companies when the area is almost built out.This has recently happened to one of there areas in Lakeland Fl ( highpoint) where the owners were promised this would not happen but now that the areae is complete and has a high level of renters .There is talk by some of the homeowners to sue Bowen because the result is that home values were artifically pushed up in then an area full of renters intertwined with homeowners .The areas become instant ghettos.

Watch out for those for sale signs in the yards of just finished homes that were not put up by realtors .This is a tell tale sign .Bowen has a great scam going .lets see how long it lasts.Do your home work before buying Bowen.And dont forget that the migrants need to live somewhere near the job site ,your local schools will see a big increase of migrante kids attending the school along with your kids.
Bowen = instant ghetto

Two big events in downtown Atlanta today--as there sometimes are and the traffic is completely gridlocked at mid morning. It will be not clear up before the afternoon exit rush.

Those that live north--3/4hrs both ways today easily.
