America's debt is over $53 trillion.
Atlanta has a debt problem but other cities have problems with the high cost of living, earthquakes, bad weather, fires, floods,etc.
Id take the high debt verses those other issues in other cities anyday of the week

How does a city get blamed for people making bad personal choices? What is a "debt trap"? While you can't help an unexpected issue with your job that leads to financial hardship, there are plenty of people who just plain made bad decisions and took out questionable loans on property they couldn't afford. Now that they can't pay the bank, is that the fault of a city?

Atlanta has a lot of haters. People make articles just to make Atlanta look bad. I even read an article a few months ago saying Atlanta was the worst city to sleep in at night??? WTH???
