The lofts really are nice and are decently priced for what you get. Better than that 12th street place in Midtown that charges like $2.6K a month for a studio. Yeah right. Wouldn't pay that much for a studio unless it was back home in NY.

Yes you can walk to Arts center but it isn't pleasant. Too much traffic and unsafe street crossings. Some investment could make it a much nicer and safer (from cars hitting you) walk.

There are two crossings on one way streets with lights. I think you went the wrong way.
