Anyone have a high rise/condo/loft location I should consider, or avoid? I like the 24/7 type security and possible concierge... need the usual gym facility and washer/dryer in the unit... it can be a 1/1 or better, I really would like a good view and a modern interior look.

There isn't much in the way of real lofts in Buckhead. There are some very nice high rises, though. My wife lived in the Bennington Towers before we were married and she loved it.

Bennington - do not move in they will nickle and dime you to death, the building is always dirty they only have 1 older women cleaning, the doorman suck some will not even open the door for you, the exercise room no more cable tv in the equipment they took that away like many other things - they bang you for at least $100 - $200 extra this is not a condo but they want you to pay all the expenses even the admin fee for the billing company - they have no maintenance on site so if something goes wrong in the evenings too bad - as one of the maintenance guys has to ride the bus......the office staff will lie lie lie to your face - DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!
