Does anyone have any data on what the average price premium (as a percentage) is for an end-unit townhouse compared to middle units of similar square footage?

Thanks in advance

Your question is too vague: there are countless variables to consider. My advice is to either use a realtor who specializes in Condos/Townhomes or do some online digging for recent real estate sales in your area and go from there.

End units generally sell for more, but there are many things to consider such as upgrades, and other comparisons. I hope someone who has more information can add to this, as I would like to know an answer myself.

An end unit costs more because one side of the unit requires exterior finishes; if the units are brick, then it would cost even more.

Not to mention the fact that with others living on online one side of you rather than two, this alone adds value to most end units. Basements with a half or full bath adding more, yadda yadda.
