Which area do you guys think will "get there" in terms of getnrifying. By "there", I would mean a fully gentrified place like Candler Park, Lake Claire, or Inman Park:

Kirkwood

Edgewood

Old Fourth Ward

I know other areas may get there first, but those are the three I am interested in. I am thinking Edgewood would have the edge cause of the shopping center, and Old Fourth cause its proximity to Midtown, and Kirkwood because its been in the process the longest. Just deciding where I can get the fastest return on investment!

Just my opinion, but I'd put my money in the Old Fourth Ward. There's so much development going on from every direction in that neighborhood. It's the closest in (super convenient to Midtown and Downtown) and the prices are still relatively reasonable.

Plus Beltline Inc will break ground on a new park in Old Fourth Ward later this year. Thats going to be a BIG driver of continued development.

I'm not sure which area would "get there" first but i think OFW by far has the most development potential.

The order of "getting there first":

1. Old Fourth Ward

2. Kirkwood (but not too far behind O4W)

3. Edgewood
