Atlanta is a lot of things, but dense isn't really one of them. I live in Manhattan and new skyscrapers are still popping up.

That must have been a joke. As much as I love Atlanta, it needs a lot of development before that statement will be true. Hope the news is true! I'd love to watch a new skyscraper rise.
