We are moving to Atlanta in January and I am scrambling to find day care for my 2 year old and 4 month old. I will be working in Midtown and we hope to live in Inman Park, Virginia Highlands, Ansley Park, or Decatur and would like to find a quality day care center either in our neighborhood or near my work or somewhere in between. I'm not having a lot of luck with my online searches--I seem to be pulling up mostly schools that start at age three.

Any suggestions?

There are a lot of great daycares in the areas you list. I'd start by searching the Bright From the Start Website for both licensed center and home based daycares. Bright from the Start - Home (http://167.192.222.136/ - broken link)

We sent our daughter to the Bright Horizons at Georgia Tech and loved it. There are a few of these as they're a chain and run very well. Others like the Frasier Center which I believe is in Decatur. I'm sure lots of moms and dads will weigh in on this. Good luck!
