Hello,
Im sure have heard it before...or already assuming I need money for drugs. No, I am a working female and work multiple jobs to make ends meets. I have paid all of my bills for the month EXCEPT my rent. The money that I had for the rent was stolen after our house got broke into. We are ebeing thretened of getting kicked out and this is all I know to resort to. I am past due and have not been able to catch back up. I can/will do just about anything(in reason). Please help if you can. I need about $1,500 but ANYTHING will help.

Thank you for your time.

Where do you live with a $1500 rent in Atlanta with kids?

Why do you keep that much money in your house instead of a bank?

The rent is not $1,500 but I live outside of Atlanta and commute and am running out of gas money and food money...and I put away bills with sertain numbers on them(just a saving method) and had it saved up in what I thought was a safe place in my house. Look if you do not want to help that is fine, but I have been judged to the moon and back and do not need it from anyone else. Thank you.

Also it is rent-own, it is a house.

I would contact your Church/Pastor , and/or social service agencies in your area.

Also call your local United Way in your community, for resources, that are available.

In future months, I would suggest rent being the first bill that you pay. All the others can wait but if you don't pay the rent, well, then having the other bills paid is fairly meaningless.

If you commute, that would lead me to believe you have a job. Got to your bank and ask for a short-term personal loan. If that doesn't work, go to a payday loan place and get a loan there. If that doesn't work, borrow against your credit card from your credit card company. If that doesn't work, pawn the title of your car. If that doesn't work, sell some items from your home on Craigslist or take them to a pawn shop.

Scam!

Who would go to the Internet and ask for anonymous help before going to friends, family, neighbors, churches and social service agencies? People even contact the TV stations with sad stories like this, but not you.

If your home was indeed broken into, and the money stolen, then you should have a police report -- YES? If you didn't call the police, there must be a reason why and therefore I have no sympathy for you.
