Anyone know where you can find fairly inexpensive vinyl flooring? We eventually plan to gut and replace our kitchen, but in the meantime we'd like to freshen it up a bit, so we don't want to spend a lot of money. Any ideas? Unfortunately, we have the galley kitchen from hell. It's 25-feet long so a remnant probably won't do. We're willing to travel to get a good deal.

Home Cheapo. Some of the vinyls are 6' rolls, so that may work for you.

Take a look at the groutable vinyl tiles that they have at Home Depot. They are thick vinyl tiles that are cuttable and stick directly on the floor with a peel off backing. You then use premixed grout in between the tiles, and honestly, you cannot tell that they are not ceramic, except for the fact that they are warmer than real tile. I just did my bathroom in that tile and it looks amazing.
