This sounds like a fantastic park to visit from what I have read here and elsewhere. Thinking of going for a few days and renting a cottage. Anyway, can anyone tell me if the condition of the tennis courts is good? Doesn't need to even be great, I just want to be sure it's good enough to play. Have been unable to find a picture of the courts themselves.

Also, if anyone knows of good tennis courts at other Georgia state parks, or even nearby vacation spots other than state parks where one could play tennis, I'd love to know about them. Thank you!

I've been to Cloudland Canyon several times and I had no idea they even have tennis courts.

You could try calling them and asking. Everything else about the park is excellent, so I would expect the tennis courts to be in decent shape.

Thanks, JPD, I think I will call them and ask. And thanks for putting the number there, appreciated!

No problem. Make sure you set aside enough time for hiking. The rim trail is amazing, and the waterfalls, though not the mopst spectacular GA has to offer, are very nice.

It sounds really awesome! By the way, I spoke to someone this morning about the courts, a very nice and helpful lady, and she was honest and said there were cracks in the courts, that those happen pretty quickly in that environment, but that they are playable. So there you go, for anyone else who might be curious!
