We're moving to Canton later this summer, and we're curious as to whether y'all have a problem with mosquitos or other annoying bugs. Here in NJ, the mosquitos can be horrible in the summer, which I've never really understood since we're not near any wetlands, swamps, etc.

How's the situation down there?

Bob

The mosquitoes are probably just as bad, and we have lots of other bugs such as the giant roaches which are the worst. Everybody has an exterminator here so it's not too much of a problem.

The mosquitoes are numerous and annoying, but I wouldn't consider them a huge issue. Just buy lots of bug spray and citronella candles.

I've lived here a long time and have only seen a handful of "bad" bugs in all the houses and apartments I've lived in. A few cockroaches, one scorpion, some carpenter ants (which are more annoying than harmful). Spray worked pretty well on them though.

if you have pets, buy stock in advantage for fleas
I really dont think the fleas are too bad, it is just that we have 3 dogs 2 ferretts and a cat
so we have a lot of little buggers they are attracted to

in the summer my kids take a garlic supplement daily the fleas dont like skin saturated in garlic it seems to help and they dont get bit
