Does anyone have any info on the homes, subdivisions, neighborhoods, and areas along Bouldercrest Rd?

In other words, is the area experiencing an upward or downward trend (as far as you know). It is advertised as East Atlanta, but is east and south of what is considered to be "trendy"...

If you are referring to the portion of Bouldercrest that is inside the perimeter (McNair High area, etc.), then I wouldn't do it. I personally don't see that area progressing anytime soon.

Yeah I was going to say the exact same thing. The part of Bouldercrest by or near McNair High School looks pretty decent, but it's one of those neighborhoods that can fool you. I always considered that area to be a middle class ghetto. The kids over there dont come from well off families, and they are not exactly poor either, but you wouldnt know it from how they act. But unlike areas like Stone Mountain and Lithonia where the kids act fake basically, Bouldercrest has a bit more actual street stuff going on like drug dealing, robbery, etc.

removed by moderator - quote gone.

Anyway, since Redan Rd is so rough, do you like it there? Do you plan on leaving when you can? What are you doing to make it better? Or are you making it worse?

And BTW, Stone Mountain is not Zone 6.

I know that Pilot truck stop there is not a dream place to be, you have to be really careful there.
